What if the student is having connectivity issues?

If the app displays this message, the student’s device may not be connected to the internet.

“Reconnect to the Internet Now”

Students need an internet connection to start the test and to submit their answers, but they can continue testing if their connection fails momentarily. Their answers will be saved to their device.

If the student can’t start the test, they should check their connection and try again. If that doesn’t work and there's no network outage, send the student to your test coordinator, who will dismiss them and report an irregularity. If multiple students are affected by a problem with your test center's network, call College Board immediately.

If the student’s answers were not submitted automatically when they finished the test, they should check their connection and try again. If that doesn’t work, they have one day to submit their answers. Allow students who tested on a shared device to keep it until they succeed.
