What if a student testing on a Mac or an iPad can't submit their answers?

  1. Select the Return to Home button in the Bluebook™ app.
  2. Select the Exit button on the app’s homepage.
  3. Reenter the app.
  4. Select the Submit Answers button. You will see a “Congratulations!” message letting you know the student's answers are submitted.

If iPad users don’t see a “Congratulations!” message within 1 minute:

  1. Double-click the iPad Home button to open the App Switcher. If you don’t have a Home button, swipe up from the bottom edge and pause in the center of the screen.
  2. On the list of all open applications, swipe up on Bluebook to close the app.
  3. Reopen the app and sign in.
  4. Select the Submit Answers button.
  5. Contact Customer Service, if you still don’t see a “Congratulations!” message.
