What if a student testing on a Mac or an iPad can't submit their answers?
- Select the Return to Home button in the Bluebook™ app.
- Select the Exit button on the app’s homepage.
- Reenter the app.
- Select the Submit Answers button. You will see a “Congratulations!” message letting you know the student's answers are submitted.
If iPad users don’t see a “Congratulations!” message within 1 minute:
- Double-click the iPad Home button to open the App Switcher. If you don’t have a Home button, swipe up from the bottom edge and pause in the center of the screen.
- On the list of all open applications, swipe up on Bluebook to close the app.
- Reopen the app and sign in.
- Select the Submit Answers button.
- Contact Customer Service, if you still don’t see a “Congratulations!” message.
