Daniela Berger Pollack

Chief Financial Officer

Daniela Berger Pollack has served as Chief Financial Officer of College Board since 2019. She leads the organization’s financial strategy and oversees financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, reporting, governance, and strategic sourcing in support of the mission and expanded opportunity for students. 

Daniela partners closely with leadership to ensure disciplined planning, strong stewardship, and thoughtful investment decisions that sustain long-term impact. She believes finance plays a critical role in driving accountability, strengthening decision-making, and aligning resources with strategy. 

Prior to becoming CFO, Daniela served as Vice President of Strategic Finance, leading forecasting and financial planning. Throughout her career, she has held senior finance leadership roles at Viacom, International Paper, Kraft Foods, Lumenis, and Alcoa’s Latin America division, bringing deep global experience in managing complex organizations with rigor and transparency. 

A native of Brazil, Daniela earned her BA in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo and her MBA from the University of Chicago. She speaks English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
