Matthew Griffin

Matt is general counsel of College Board. In his 25+ year legal career, Matt has held both in-house and law firm positions. He served as general counsel at Kaplan Test Prep and senior vice president of Legal & Compliance at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG). Earlier in his career, he worked at several law firms, including Quinn Emanuel. After law school he clerked for Judge Harold Baer Jr. in the Southern District of New York. He has a JD from NYU School of Law, an MSc in international relations from the London School of Economics, and a BA from Williams College.
