Tracie has oversight and accountability for all core assessment operations functions and provides the operational perspective in developing and implementing our growth strategy. She is responsible for refining business delivery processes to support the day-to-day business, driving efficiency and effectiveness while providing product, service and mission integrity.
Tracie is skilled in conceiving, leading and executing complex organizational change to achieve strategic goals and operational improvement objectives delivering innovative solutions and driving transformational culture change. Tracie spent 10 years with the National Student Clearinghouse, the nation’s not for profit provider of higher education verifications and electronic education record exchanges, most recently as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, she led end-to-end operations covering education services, IT, data operations, project management, corporate communications and HR. Prior to joining the Clearinghouse, she served for 10 years at Sallie Mae where she held several leadership positions with increasing responsibility, most recently as the vice president of Systems. Tracie also held corporate finance and investment management positions at General Motors Corporation.
Tracie has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from George Mason University.
